Congratulations to 12 members of the 2010-11 Edmonton Eskimo Cheer Team who competed with Edmonton’s newest all-star cheer gym, Perfect Storm Athletics, in Vancouver, BC this past weekend.
They won the Open Coed Division at the Canadian Championship event, as well as the Grand Championship highest score in a competition with over 100 teams! They also received a paid bid to the 2011 “Cheerleading Worlds” Championships April 28 – May 2 in Orlando, Florida! They will be training diligently over the next three weeks to represent Canada in the Open Cheer Division (18 & over) and leave for Orlando April 28.
