Trevor Harris Named CFL Player of the Month

Eskimos quarterback Trevor Harris is a CFL Player of the Month for his performance in June.

Harris threw for 1,086 yards and six touchdowns, completing 92-of-128 pass attempts. He also finished with 14 carries for 31 yards and two touchdowns.

He leads the league in passing yards, is tied for first in touchdowns and tied for second in rushing touchdowns. The Eskimos offence, led by Harris, leads the CFL in net offence, first downs and time of possession.

This is the second time Harris has received national honours this season. He was previously named a CFL Player of the Week in Week 1.

CFL Players of the Month are chosen by a panel of judges who independently send their selections to the CFL head office. The panel includes former players Matt Dunigan and Duane Forde of TSN and Pierre Vercheval of RDS.
