MySeat Media Inc., a leading mobile fan engagement platform solution developer, and the Grey Cup champion Edmonton Eskimos announce a three-year extension to their partnership to provide the best mobile app to engage and reach the Eskimos ever expanding global fan base.

The event-based mobile platform gives the opportunity for fans to engage socially with other fans all around the world with an emphasis in and around Edmonton.

“Eskimos game day is all about our fans. Our social platform is a great venue for our fans to fuel their passion,” said Len Rhodes, CEO and President of the Edmonton Eskimos.

The extended agreement will provide the same winning formula with added year-over-year growth.

The MySeat fan engagement platform is a fully-integrated solution which helps organizations create an event-based mobile social timeline. It is a white-label, multi-level mobile system including fan engagement management software and an analytics suite, as well as operational and public apps. It can identify users based on mobile behaviour, providing invaluable usage and consumption metrics to professional and amateur sports teams, leagues and associations, thus monetizing their brand.

MySeat Media provides the Edmonton Eskimos with a proven technology platform and an experienced management team led by Steven D. Shelton, co-founder and CEO of MySeat Media Inc.

“The Eskimos are definitively a leader among professional teams in terms of the digital and mobile experiences they provide to their fans, bringing the fan experience to another level by gathering critical data and analytics on their customer base,” said Shelton.

“Our social mobile platform extends our reach and engagement with our fans,” said Rhodes. “We have fans from all over the country and the world engaging live and staying on our app for entire games. We are pleased to be working with MySeat Media and we are thrilled about what their technology and creativity brings to our fans.”
