(Edmonton) The always popular Fan Day presented by Boston Pizza will take place on Saturday, June 11 from 11am – 2pm at Clarke Stadium. The team will have a Green & Gold scrimmage, followed by a full-team autograph session. Fans are encouraged to check out the 2011 Edmonton Eskimos while enjoying in some great food and entertainment.
o Throughout the Green & Gold game there will be live commentary and interviews with coaches, players, alumni and fans.
o Johnsonville and Sobey’s will be providing a BBQ and collecting donations for the Michael Cuccione Foundation with proceeds going to the Stollery Children’s Hospital.
o Nanook & Punter, the Eskimo Pep Band and members of the Eskimo Cheer Team will be on hand
o The Eskimo sales staff will be on-site to help you with your season and single game ticket purchases
o Game On Sports will be on location to assist Eskimo fans with merchandise needs
o The Event Photo Canada photo booth will be set up so fans can get their photo taken for free! You will receive a card that instructs you on how to retrieve the photos
o Free Eskimo face-painting
o The opportunity to sign the 13th Eskimo plaque which will be installed under the 13th Eskimo flag at Commonwealth Stadium for the 2011 season
o CHED, JOE FM and CISN will be doing live hits from Fan Day and CHED will be running a contest to select the Kickoff Kid for the 1st home game
