The Edmonton Eskimos have re-signed national offensive lineman Simeon Rottier.
Rottier entered the league with Hamilton in 2009 after becoming the first player in the history of University of Alberta Golden Bears Football to be selected first overall in the CFL Draft.
He originally signed in Edmonton in 2012. The six-foot-six, 295-pound native of Westlock, Alberta earned West Division All-Star and CFL All-Star honours in 2014. That year, he was also named the Eskimos nominee for Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman.
In nine seasons, Rottier has appeared in 124 career games at left guard, right guard and centre.
